From prior experience: Tents in the 100's are for noisy, fun, card playing people who don't sleep much at night.
Tent cabins are issued on a first-come first-serve basis.
If by the time you register your first, second, and third choices are not available, you will be placed as close as possible to your requested tent cabin location.
If you are coming from the Bay Area, your travel time will vary greatly depending upon when you leave.
Departure before 3pm on Friday afternoon should result in a 3½ hour trip.
Departing the Bay Area after 3pm it can take as long as 5 hours.
It may be an easier commute to leave the Bay Area on Saturday morning at 5am to arrive on time for breakfast at 8am.
Parking is very limited. Carpooling is highly recommended.
Cell phone and internet coverage is not available at camp.
The closest internet access is in Groveland, a twenty-minute drive from the grounds. Texting is a bit more operational.
Regardless, come ready to relax, enjoy nature, and unplug from technology!
